The handshake?!? I thought that was just a TCP thing! Nope, QUIC has one too. Embedded in the handshake is the TLS1.3 handshake, as well as some transport-layer options that look a little familiar. The first couple of packets in the QUIC handshake are officially called "Initial" packets. Let's dig.
