Translation quality assessment in the Trados cloud platform
The translation quality assessment (TQA) features in our cloud platform allow linguistic reviewers to identify specific errors with translations. It’s crucial to have an objective way of measuring quality, which isn’t easy in translation, because it can be highly subjective. With TQA you have a more objective way to evaluate the quality of translation.
With TQA you can:
Remove ambiguity as all parties involved will have agreed upon criteria to measure translation quality.
Reports translation issues using defined categories and severities. Changes are highlighted and the reviewer can provide specific feedback for each change they make.
Apply a score to each issue and generate a report on the translation quality.
Use your own standards, or templates based on 4 industry-standard quality assessment frameworks (all settings within these can be customized).
