How to Actually use Lossless Scaling Frame Generation Correctly!

I made a video last week where I tried to get as high a framerate as possible by using Lossless Scaling. In this video I take a look at what Lossless Scaling can do when actually used correctly. We will be testing 2X and 3X modes while using a framerate cap to try and max out a 165hz monitor. We'll be using a GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, and 32GB of DDR5 6000 MT/s CL30 memory with tuned timings.

Lossless Scaling is available for purchase on Steam for between $5 and $7, depending on location, and I think it is a really great tool with many serviceable use cases for sure.
