Twitch and YouTube have support for 5.1 audio
If you have a surround system, I will show you how to set that up for Twitch and YouTube
Test stream on Twitch with 5.1 audio. I watched the VOD and you get 5.1 audio when you watch it.
It might be downmixed to stereo if you haven't set up 5.1 audio on your PC.
