MLP Containment Records (HALLOWEEN SPECIAL)
I got a few common questions while making this project, so let me answer the main ones here!
Q: Is this for kids because it’s about My Little Pony?
A: NO! Absolutely not for kids! There is a list of trigger warnings at the beginning of the video to clarify this. It’s a horror and grimdark storyline with blood shown on the screen, along with death and other adult topics mentioned.
Q: Are the ponies in this video your OCs?
A: Almost every pony you see in Containment Records is inspired by an existing MLP character from past generations. A few artists featured my OCs in the background of their frames, but I’ll post about them on instagram later.
Especially Abra, Zipzee, Blueblood, Wysteria, and Lightning. Some of the other main ponies like Twilight, Gusty, and Star Catcher I do consider as OCs by technicality because the colors and name are really all they share with the originals, but less their designs are less distinct.
All human characters in this production are original characters, especially Henry and the Surgeon!
Q: Will there be a second episode?
A: Only if we can get more artists! This episode was a train wreck in production because a lot of artists (and our main editors) dropped out last minute. If enough people enjoy this concept and we get more artists, I’ll make another episode to follow up on my story ideas for Blueblood, dark magic, the escaped pony, and more!
