To offload iPhone apps go to settings here. Go to this option General. Go to this option iPhone storage. Now if you want to upload all the unused applications then you can select this option Enable and this will save 6.31 GB in your iPhone. But if you want to offload individual app then what you do is select the application and then select this option Offload app. So this app will be removed from the phone but the data will remain in your phone. Next time if you want to use the application just install the application and there will be data in your app.
