At Auschwitz, so-called “medical” abuse was not an isolated deviation—it was woven into the camp system as another tool of control, selection, and destruction. Under SS authority, clinics and paperwork became instruments to decide who would work, who would be discarded, and who could be used as a test subject. In that environment, the human body was treated as material to be managed for power, data, and domination—not healing.

This documentary reveals the horrors and human experimentation inside the Auschwitz complex, reconstructing how it was organized and why it could happen. It explains the mechanism: initial selections and “examinations,” the function of the infirmary, the roles of SS doctors and staff, the forced involvement of prisoners in clinical labor, and how abuse connected to forced labor, punishment, and camp bureaucracy. Told in a clear chronological arc, the film shows how these practices shifted as the camp expanded and procedures hardened.

The video also exposes the environment that enabled silence: fear, isolation, controlled records, threats, and the repeated replacement of victims to reduce witnesses. In the final phase, it shows efforts to conceal traces and the kinds of testimonies that survived after liberation, allowing historians to reconstruct what happened.

Without sensationalism and focused on real procedures, this documentary presents Auschwitz as a system where medical abuse was part of the wider mechanism: select, exploit, destroy, and erase.
