Windows can't boot, can't access Windows screen
Type this:
Bootrec /fixmbr and press Enter
Bootrec /fixboot and press Enter
Bootrec /scanos and press Enter
Bootrec /rebuildbcd and press Enter
Type C: and press Enter
Type cd windows\system32 and press Enter
Note: It's in C:\Windows\system32
Then type shutdown /r /f /t 0 and press Enter
If it doesn't reboot, try shutdown -r or shutdown /f /l /t 10
