Pedn Vounder Beach, Cornwall
Pedn Vounder Beach is a stunning and beautiful beach located along the cliffs between Porthcurno and Penberth Cove.
The beach has been made famous by social media over the last few years, however still remains very quiet due to its inaccessibility as it is a bit of a walk from the nearest car park and a climb down rocks is needed to get down on to the sand.
Sometimes also spelt as Pednvounder, this beach lies below the famous Logan Rock and at low spring tide, Pedn Vounder Beach can be walked to from its more visited neighbour, Porthcurno.
Pedn Vounder has been used in both the recent TV series of Poldark and the 1970's TV series of Poldark. It was used most notably in a scene when Ross and Demelza walk along the beach together, towards Logan Rock.
