FIX OCULUS LINK/RIFT PROBLEMS on GAMING LAPTOPS AMD/NVIDIA iGPU dGPU (Black Screen Issue) Quest 2/3
UPDATE:
On some configurations you need to suspend Windows Update for a few weeks and update your AMD iGPU drivers manually from amd.com - otherwise Windows Update will "downgrade" them again to their "last known good driver"
