Microsoft Fixes the POPCNT Error when launching Store Apps, but the Windows 11 24H2 Block remains
Due to the POPCNT (population count) , SSE 4.2-based instruction some Windows 10 users were getting File system error (-2147219196) when launching Photos and other Microsoft Store apps.
