HYDRA AI — ERPNext implementation agent inside Frappe Desk
Hydra AI lets consultants, business analysts, accountants, and implementation teams configure ERPNext from plain-English prompts — no Python, JavaScript, or developer tickets.
Open the ✦ panel on any desk page. Describe approval workflows, custom fields, print formats, dashboards, scripts, notifications, reports, data imports, and custom document types. Hydra drafts an Implementation Plan; nothing changes until you click Proceed. Modify or download the plan first.
Three modes: Ask (lookup only, zero changes), Plan (default — review then build), Fast (build immediately).
Features: live progress, Changes Made summary with links to every record, saved chats, file attachments (PDFs, spreadsheets), CTX screen context.
Safety: acts under your Frappe login; test-runs automations before save; full action log with sensitive values redacted. Dev/sandbox by default; Enterprise adds production with BYOC and custom LLM keys. Credits: ~2 per question, ~15 per full build. Pauses at limit. Roles: Hydra User, Hydra Admin.

CUSTOM MIGRATOR — Export ERPNext customizations to Git
Frappe desk app that packages desk-side changes into version-controlled JSON in your target custom app — diff preview, audit trail, GitHub PR workflow. Bridges Hydra builds on dev to promotable assets.
Exports: Custom Fields, Property Setters, Client/Server Scripts, Workflows, Workflow States, custom DocTypes, Notifications. Add Print Formats, Workspaces in Settings. Does NOT export business records or app source code.
Setup: GitHub Fine-Grained PAT (contents:write + pull_requests:write), target app, base branch, Test Connection. Initialize Git if Docker app has no repo.
Flow at /app/custom_migrator: select items (bulk Select by Type, Hide Already Migrated) → Export Preview (NEW/MOD/SAME badges) → Export & Commit or Export Only → branch + commit + optional tag → background push → optional Create Pull Request.
Worker stashes local changes, exports on clean base branch, pushes, restores tree. Outcomes: Pushed + PR, Already Up to Date, Push Failed.
Migration Log (MIG-####): user, timestamp, branch, commit hash, item counts, files changed, scrubbed errors. Hydra User exports; Hydra Admin configures PAT.
