you can do this much easier on titan as expected, and if you did a lot of things properly you could probably also effectively stack font of might and bait & switch to use cataclysmic for a much cleaner 1 phase without needing stormchaser.
I'm using felwinter's helm for the 30% debuff (this is on par with divinity), celestial fire (radiant) with one-two finisher, (melee reset). radiant has a weird and seemingly unintentional stacking interaction with tier 1 empowering buffs: high energy fire, empowering rift, burning steps, inertia override, frontal assault, umbral glyphkeeper and argent ordnance x1; it's actually more damage to be radiant inside an empowering rift or with high energy fire than it is to stand in a well of radiance; this seems rather counter intuitive.
ideally, the execution here comes down to needing to use a finisher on the incendiors while caiatl stomps so she is hit by the felwinter debuff - This means I get a melee charge reset, and charged with light due to empowering finish. Then just stick her with witherhoard, throw celestial fire and go wild with the stormchaser. repeat 3x and win
