It is obvious when user work on network environment , it con be break for a fraction of second and during this period user can face error or interruption during the working and data also may lost if suddenly gets closed . To Resolve This error

Open formweb.cfg from a path or search in your oracle installation folder.
path may be different in oracle different version 11g or 12c and others.
Open this file and Search word Networkretries and set its vlue from 0 to any no of digit likee 20 , 30 . to tries number of times. and save this file .
and check application ...problem gets resolved
