A quick and easy budget cabbage pie, soft and delicious.
Dough Recipe
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
60 g vegetable oil
400 ml matsun or kefir
1 level tsp baking soda
~400 g flour
For the filling
0.5 kg cabbage
4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Bake at 180-200 degrees for ~40 minutes
Mold size: 25x25 cm.
