The Unmelted Snow Challenge Feb 2021
UPDATE2/28/20 So apparently the snowball turns black from the butane as most stuff does. The snowball is not a solid as an ice cube, where you can see the ice cube drip so when you burn the snow it is melting but it’s going inside of the ball and if you open it up you can see? There is a video that shows this but mind you, they call us all dumbasses and other names for trying the experiment without googling results first. Buy hey, remember science class? We had to try the experiment first and come up with our own hypothesis? Right? So don’t feel ashamed! Still doesn’t explain the difference with ours and the Alaska lady’s.
I don’t know what this is called but this snow storm Feb 2021 across the US has some people talking and sharing videos of snowballs not melting. Which we’ve never thought of trying before, don’t know what the scientific theory behind it is but thought we’d try it out. So here’s our go at it. Is there a logic to this because it’s compacted? Idk. Never tried burning snow before. If you want, I forgot to show myself getting the snow! So if need be, I can re-do. Is this weird or are we a bunch of crooks! Haha! I did see the other videos and thought they were a hoax and saw the lady from Alaska and hers completely melted you could see the liquid. So what’s up? Do you tell me?
