1. Chart of Account :-
Chart of Account is a document that number s and lists all the financial transactions that a company conduct in an accounting period.Example a) Assets means cash in hand, cash in bank b) Liabilities means loan , Account payable etc
खाते का चार्ट एक दस्तावेज है जिसमें उन सभी वित्तीय लेनदेन को क्रमांकित और सूचीबद्ध किया जाता है जो एक कंपनी एक लेखांकन अवधि में करती है। उदाहरण ए) संपत्ति का मतलब हाथ में नकदी, बैंक में नकदी बी) देनदारियों का मतलब ऋण, देय खाता आदि है।

General ledger is a means for keeping records a company's total financial Account.
एक सामान्य खाता-बही, या जीएल, किसी कंपनी के कुल वित्तीय खातों का रिकॉर्ड रखने का एक साधन है।
