Ingredients:
1 sweet potatoes
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of spinach
1 tsp of tumeric
1tsp of cinnamon
1tsp of pumpkin spice
1tsp of ginger spice
Some ice to thicken it
I place the pot on high with water and when it came to a boil I placed the potato in the pot for 20 minutes
I poked with a knife until it was soft
After it was done and I let the potato cool off and dumped in the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
It taste like a pumpkin frappe ❤️
