Unbrick PS Vita 3.73 WITHOUT PS3 from PC: Solution to damage caused by a bad update

Note that I select the options with the circle button because my console uses the circle button. If the circle button doesn't work for you, use the "X" button to select the options.
When we modify the QCMA file, the numbers at the end are: 03,790,000. Remember this!!!
Any console can be unbricked. Simply download the same update your console had when the software was corrupted by the faulty update.
