• When iOS 16 releases officially, which is probably in Fall 2022.

• Please keep in mind that iOS 16 is in beta as of 7/14/22. I do not recommend installing a beta on any device you rely on daily. You need to enroll into the beta program and install the beta from Apple's official portal: https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram
→ Can you give me the tl;dr of connecting joycons to genshin?
• You must be on iOS 16 for joycons to work. Only iPads (and other iOS devices) currently have controller support in genshin.
1) Turn on pairing mode for your joycons. To do this, press the little button next to the SR/SL buttons on each joycon until the light flashes left and right rapidly.
2) Go to bluetooth settings on your iOS device.
3) Select the first joycon you want to pair (L/R), select it, and wait for it to pair. Once it's connected, continue the same steps to pair the other joycon.
4) Open up genshin, go to settings, controls, control type, change from touch to controller.
