In this video, I talk about the liability that may arise if the owner of a summer house violates the relevant legislation. The fines are quite impressive, some of them have been in effect since 2020. These are new fines for summer residents in 2020.
Here is a list of fines:
Up to 1 million rubles for wells
Up to 4 thousand rubles for shashlik
Up to 5 thousand rubles for hogweed
Up to 20 thousand rubles for improper use
Up to 50 thousand rubles for garbage
Up to 5 thousand rubles for unauthorized construction
By decision of the head of the SNT for pets
Up to 5 thousand rubles for failure to maintain social distance
Up to 40% of profits from selling vegetables
