I'm assembling the cylinder head. I machined the cups and started installing them in the head. Copper rings from KamAZ injectors fit the cups, but installing the rubber sealing rings was a bit of a challenge. It turned out the flange that restrains the ring was broken in half, and the ring could fall out into the cooling jacket. But everything worked out. I installed the ring and sealed the cups. When testing with air from a compressor, it turned out that a couple of the cups were leaking air. I disassembled them, greased them, and sealed them back. Everything returned to normal. But on one head, bubbles were seeping through the castle nut. Little by little. I decided not to forget about it. During operation, the metal will expand, rust and dirt will appear - everything will get clogged, and the leak will disappear. I prepared two YaMZ 236 and 238 cylinder heads for valve installation.
