Use Windows 11 Home with Local Account and Bypass Microsoft Account
Windows 11 Home Edition tries to force you to use an Microsoft account instead of a local account. MS documentation even says it is required. There is a bypass for this however but you need to be disconnected from the internet and be willing to open a command line and task manager. I have not tested this on a laptop with WIFI.
