We forge Drakania's sword called Slayer . Ilya forges the blade from 1045 3" round both using a power hammer and some hand forging using a coal forge. We made most of the hilt pieces and handle from angle iron that we forged into the desired shapes. Matt grinds the parts and most importantly the blade using air tools, hand held belt sanders. files and a 2 x 72" grinder.
