a) For this exercise, you will need two boxes, chairs or benches. The first one needs to be 12-16 inches high and the second one needs to be 22-26 inches high.
b) Stand on the lower box with the arms freely handing besides the body. Put the feet together and jump between the boxes.
c) Land on the both feet. Jump again to access the second, higher box.
d) Jump off the higher box and try to repeat the exercise, now starting with the higher box first.
