How to resample osu! video using HFR-Resampler
Download HFR-Resampler :

Normal Resampling Command :
resampler -i input_video_name -o output_video_name
Remember to also include the file extension in the video name.
(Example : dandelion.mp4)

If you don't see "Open command window here", try this:
On your resampler folder, press CTRL+L or just select the Address Bar
Type cmd, then press Enter
Continue the step as shown in the video
