Vibrating shaking Microsoft Word preview screen.MOV
In print preview, the page image shakes or vibrates, as in this video. The document will not print while the image is shaking or vibrating. I moved the slider under the image (lower right corner, showing "61%" in this video) to adjust the size of the image, and that stopped the vibrating. I did not have to move the slider much to make it stop shaking, and it didn't matter whether I moved it right or left. The same fix apparently works for Microsoft Excel print preview, too.
