How to use VPN Gate/Softether VPN
Download it (Google softether + vpngate) Its made by a Japanese university and is free/no signup.
After you install (you just need the client, don't have to be a super node etc., unless you want to) and click through the disclaimers and install the virtual adapter, you get to this interface.
Step 1.) Refresh (Unless you have done so recently)
Step 2.) Sort by ping Low to High
Step 3.) Search the list for the country you want, and keep in mind the following
Uptime: How long the server has been up. The chances of the server working are dependent on this on average. Too long of an uptime, it may not work. Too short of an uptime (0h etc.) it may not work either. However, I have had better luck with 0 uptime over 20+days of uptime. So the rule here is that you choose a fresh server, but some of the ones at 0 uptime will not work.
Bandwidth: The larger the better.
Users: The smaller the better. Basically roughly divide the bandwidth by the users and you will know roughly what your bandwidth rate is.
