Biollante's Rage Attack - Godzilla: Save the Earth
Biollante's rage attack was never finished, however, its animation was completed and is present in her character bundle. The attack has been referred to as "root storm" by Simon Strange in the past, and there is a sound file for her that goes by that name. The animation itself is called "vine super hurricane".
