DBS Broly MEETS LSSJ Broly! NEW DLC20 STORY QUESTS & INTERACTIONS!| Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
This video covers three brand-new Parallel Quests added with Future Saga Chapter 3 (DLC 20) — a clean, full-gameplay showcase with cutscene context, boss phases, and win conditions. No filler, just the good stuff: transformations, clashes, and how these PQs stitch DBZ, DBS, and Daima threads into one timeline.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – NEW Parallel Quests (DLC 20 / Future Saga Chapter 3): Broly vs Broly • Frieza’s Fervent Wish • Invincible Duo
Broly Meets Broly (DBS Broly vs DBZ Broly)
It begins quietly: DBS Broly and Cheelai are roaming for someone “like him” — a Saiyan who might actually understand him. They find exactly that…and it’s the worst possible mirror. DBZ Broly appears, instantly unsettling DBS Broly; the familiarity is there, but the intent isn’t. Before tempers settle, Goku and Vegeta (DBZ Movie era) jump in, re-igniting old grudges. That’s all it takes: DBZ Broly snaps and ascends to Legendary Super Saiyan, mowing them down and forcing a monster-vs-monster escalation.
From here the mission becomes a spectacle of scale: DBS Broly pushes to Full-Power Super Saiyan, the arena lighting shifts green, and you get a pure collision of two canons — raw, relentless power (DBZ) vs adaptive, modern choreography (DBS). Phase by phase, the PQ lets the player ride DBS Broly’s momentum until the final exchange where DBS Broly wins the mirror match. It’s a fan argument turned playable: which Broly actually comes out on top when the timeline removes excuses.
Frieza’s Fervent Wish
Tone shift. DBS Frieza slinks off to Shenron with the pettiest wish imaginable — get taller — and the game treats it with perfect dark comedy. The PQ keeps interrupting him with escalating intruders: Frost, Cabba, Dyspo, and finally Goku. Each interruption forces Frieza to fight to preserve his “wish window,” and the longer it drags, the more unhinged he gets. The crescendo is a flex of fanservice and pacing: SSB Gogeta arrives and squares up with Frieza, turning a gag into a legit boss bout. It’s classic Xenoverse — mixing meme energy with a real mechanical finale.
Invincible Duo
The last PQ is a love letter to all eras of the Goku/Vegeta rivalry. As a Time Patroller, you cycle through multiple versions of the duo:
DBS Goku & Vegeta (Broly movie) for the modern baseline,
Buu Saga power spikes (SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta) for that bitter, prideful mid-arc edge,
and a multiverse finisher: SSJ4 Goku (Daima) and SSJ3 Vegeta (Daima).
The Supreme Kai of Time even drops a Daima nod and acknowledges Demon Realm threads — a quiet confirmation that Daima is part of the playable conversation now. Mechanically, it’s a gauntlet: shifting AI behaviors, different super/ultimate priorities per era, and escalating stamina checks. Narratively, it’s a thesis on Goku/Vegeta chemistry across timelines.
Why this matters
DLC 20 isn’t just “more fights.” These PQs stitch DBZ movie logic, DBS character arcs, and Daima aesthetics into the same playable loop. Broly vs Broly settles a decade of head-canon with real combat pacing. Frieza’s Fervent Wish turns a joke into a boss showcase capped by Gogeta. Invincible Duo proves the series can juggle canon versions without losing identity. It’s the tightest use of Parallel Quests in years — high replay value, clean rewards flow, and moments worth clipping.
