First Solo Hammock Camp | Suspended in a Tree!
My first solo hammock camping adventure... and it was anything but smooth. Not long after setting up, the problems began. My phone was low on charge, and my portable charger stopped working too. I had no backup and no way to call for help if anything went wrong. With safety on my mind, I made the decision to pack up and hike back down. But I wasn't going to let this stop me. I hiked all the way back up, stumbling upon an even better spot, high up in the trees with an incredible view of the entire valley and surrounding lakes. What quickly became a stressful experience turned out to be one of the most peaceful and rewarding nights I've had yet!
