BBS clips, #12 — Arc tool, tile set editor tweaks and 0.3

The main highlights of this update are: refactored quest chains, schematic importer (with an editor), new forms, and multiple UX features and tweaks. The link to downloads are below. This video shows arc brush and block model tinting.
