Composite Finishing - Flash Removal
The Gold Foil Knife, #12 blade and flame finishing bur (amongst many others) for removing flash from composite restorations. The original tip that I was taught when I first left dental school was the gold foil knife - it worked/works well. However, the #12 blade is disposable and always sharp, whereas the gold foil knife needs to be sharpened every so often. However, it could be another instrument in your tool box.
