#2 Dock Animations : Dock transition/Reveal delay
1. defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-delay -float 0; killall Dock (Reduces delay)

2. defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-time-modifier -float 0; killall Dock (Removes animation)

#3 Dock Apps : Hide Apps/Dim Apps
1. defaults write com.apple.dock static-only -bool TRUE
killall Dock (Hide non-active apps in your Dock)

2. defaults write com.apple.Dock showhidden -bool TRUE
killall Dock (Dull hidden apps in the Dock)

IMPORTANT : defaults delete com.apple.dock; killall Dock
(TO GET BACK THE DEFAULT DOCK)
