How to paste text as an image in MS Word
To paste text as an image in MS Word, follow these steps:
1. Select the text you want to turn into an image by highlighting it.
2. Right-click on the selected text and click on "Copy" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+C" to copy the text.
3. Open an image editings software such as Paint or Paint 3D. You can do this by searching for "Paint" in the Start menu or the search bar.
4. Once you have opened Paint, press "Ctrl+V" to paste the copied text into the canvas.
5. Click on "File" in the top-left corner of the window and choose "Save As".
6. Choose a name and a file format for your image. We recommend choosing "PNG" or "JPEG" for the best quality.
7. Save the file to your computer.
8. Open MS Word and navigate to the page where you want to insert the image.
9. Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar and click on "Pictures".
10. Navigate to the location where you saved your image and select it.
11. Click "Insert" to add the image to your MS Word document.
