Japanese Club E-Learning System (JCES) is a cross-platform mobile application developed for the Japanese Club at MAN 2 Pekanbaru, Indonesia, as my Final Year Project (PSM2) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
The system replaces the club's manual attendance, scattered learning materials, and informal communication with a single mobile app serving three roles — Admin, Teacher, and Student — across six modules: Account Management, Quiz, Forum, Assignment, Attendance, and Learning Content.
This video covers the problem background, objectives, scope, use cases, methodology, and a walkthrough of the main interfaces.
