Here we put Ronseal filler to the test by filling, sanding, and taking a look at the finish.
This really is a great product for filling large holes in one hit, because it's quite dry it allows you to use a lot without it sagging. It is also good for final filling, perhaps to an area that has already been filled (badly), where a super smooth finish is needed in preparation for painting.
Does exactly what it says on the tin, well on the tub really!
I would advise a mist coat to the area filled, to ensure the paint adheres to the wall/filled hole.
Overall I'm really happy with this product.
Pro - Fill a large hole in one hit
Con - Takes longer to dry
