There is a mistake that many people know about in this scene. CJ's mouth doesn't move when he talks in the last part. We also see jethro in the riot scene based on beta images. Image here:

But of course it might be silly to see the jethro next to the maccer. That's why I also offered you the options without Jethros and city floor. Which one to use is your choice.

How to Install:
First select the folder of the version you want to use.
Then import the files inside anim / cuts.img and rebuild the img.
(Alci's Img Editor is recommended. Do not use modloader.
Modloader doesn't support cuts.img.)
