Today we'll talk about one of the most important, yet often overlooked, senses—proprioception. It's the sense of our body's position and its parts in space, without the aid of vision. Simply put, it's the body's internal GPS, telling the brain where an arm or leg is, how hard we're gripping a pencil, or how hard we're pushing a door. How does this relate to speech?
