Chandler and Garrett talk about how Garrett found this property and how Garrett was able to get a killer deal on it. He then explains how he used his HELOC and some extra cash to purchase the property, renovate it, rent it, and refinance it. This video shows one method of pulling off the brrrr strategy using creative financing.
