INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz lime juice or about half a medium lime
3 dashes orange or aromatic bitters (Angostura Orange Bitters for this one)
2¼ oz fresh watermelon juice (How to Make Watermelon Juice: • How to Make Watermelon Juice )
1½ oz botanical gin
ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Juice the lime into a lowball cocktail glass.
2. Add three dashes of orange bitters or Angostura aromatic bitters.
3. Add the Watermelon juice.
4. Add the gin.
5. Add the ice and stir just enough to mix.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel!
