The Akh Va'quot Shrine is prominently located at the very top of Rito Village in the Tabantha region. The internal puzzle, titled "Windmills," requires Link to use his Stasis Rune to manipulate the timing of various spinning vanes and gears driven by wind fans. You must correctly time the mechanisms to open the gate to the altar and successfully reach the treasure chest. This walkthrough shows the easy method to solve the puzzle and find the Sapphire treasure chest!
