RULES (Basically all the rules from Trash to Riches & 7 Babies, but with the HaRdCoRe additions):
Your Sim must start with ZERO Simoleons.
Selling to ghost Sims is PROHIBITED. You can only sell in person to a Sim present with you or at most through Plopsy.
Your lot must have the OFF-GRID lot challenge (can be removed when you feel comfortable paying the bills), and also the SIMPLE LIFE challenge.
It is FORBIDDEN to use the roof to make a house/greenhouse. The roof only functions as a roof over walls!
It is not allowed to purchase the SELLABLE trait.
Everything you find in the trash cans MUST be placed on your lot! Except for burned items, which you can keep in your inventory for recycling.
At the sales table, the maximum profit is 100%.
If you have a SHOP to sell your finds, the store must be at least 5x6 and the profit must also be at most 100%.
If you find a GRANA FRUIT, you can SELL it, but planting it is FORBIDDEN.
If you want to get married, it is only allowed after your Sim is financially established. If your Sim has assets of more than 50K, they cannot bring any money.
Travel outside your world only when you have more than 10,000 simoleons in your account or acquire a Bicycle and have level 4 fitness. - It is forbidden to use items that provide "infinite" items, such as the Ice Box (infinite food) and the Stuff Box that came with seasons (infinite items).
