This video will explain that how one can manage (Install / Uninstall / Upgrade) his JMeter plugins through the plugin manager.
Managing plugins the new way -
Step 1 - Download plugins-manager.jar from the below link

Step 2 - Put the plugins-manager.jar in ./lib/ext folder where you have extracted the JMeter.
Step 3 - For using the Plugins Manager, just open up your JMeter console, go to the Options, and click on Plugins Manager.
