About: Long history short - With U17 this location Kuria (shown on video) was glitched having no line for Kuria and crashing the game when scanned.
While there was an duplicated Kuria on Ceres Survival (13-4 "They ravaged the colonies"), wich would spaw on very similar Tile as 9-4.
On Hotfix, the Kuria (13-4 "They ravaged the colonies") was moved to this video location, 9-4 took place on Ceres Survival also keep his former one, and the Real 11-1 had not been found at that time.
People thought the Kuria in this video was 11-1, because it was the only not scannable Kuria (would crash the game), and, there was only one Line to be discover.

Hints to find the Kuria in this video:
1-Uranus - Grineer Sealab.
2-Uncomum tile.
3-Try on Survival and Mobile Defense.
Notes:
Tiles / Areas are ramdomly generated for mission map,
they dont always spaw, some are quite rare to,
some are more likely to spaw in certain mission type or node,
and some only spaw in certain nodes/mission.

Sobre: Longa historia curta - Com U17, o Kuria do lugar mostrar no video estava bugado, não tinha nem adicionava a frase, e ainda dava crash no jogo quando escaneado.
Enquanto havia um Kuria duplicado na missão Sobrevivência em Ceres (13-4 "They ravaged the colonies"), que estava em uma área muito parecida com o 9-4.
Depois do Hotfix, o Kuria (13-4 "They ravaged the colonies") foi movido para o Kuria deste video, o 9-4 pegou o lugar em Sobrevivência - Ceres e continuou com os que ja tinha, e o Verdadeiro 11-1 ainda nao tinha isso encontrado ainda.
As pessoas achavam que o Kuria deste video era o 11-1, por que era o único Kuria que nao dava pra escanear (crash no jogo), e, só faltava uma Frase para descobrir.

Dicas de como encontrar o Kuria deste video:
1-Urano - Grineer Sealab.
2-Área pouco comum.
3-Tente em Sobrevivência e Defesa Móvel.
Notas:
Tiles / Áreas são geradas aleatoriamente para as missões,
elas não aparecem sempre, e algumas são raras de aparecer,
algumas são mais fáceis de se encontrar em um tipo de missão ou node (área do mapa solar),
e outras só aparecem em uma missão/node específicos.
