Jeremy Fine is an MD/PhD candidate at U of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing a dual degree in Medicine and Health Policy & Management. His work bridges research, policy, and practice to create scalable, data-driven solutions that improve outcomes for individuals in crisis. Robert L. Peters is an M1 student at Harvard Medical School.

Co-authored with Helen Newton, Gregory Dalack, Amy Watson, and adviser Kristen Hassmiller Lich, their article, "Mobile crisis effectiveness: a systematic review and associated functions and forms framework," shows there is still limited evidence but tentative support for mobile crisis unit effectiveness, and gives an initial theoretical framework was created to help both practitioners and policymakers document the functions and forms of MCUs to increase the comparability of these services.
