Everyone knows that to be a Signing Agent you have to have a notary commission, printer and supplies, but those are the basics. Some of those signing agents also understand that good training is also beneficial for success! But only a FEW are willing to put in the work to market for HIGHER PAYING DIRECT BUSINESS!!

Many new signing agents get frustrated because it can take more time than they hoped to get direct business and give up - but nothing worth having is going to be easy! To get good direct business clients, you need to first be an above average / excellent signing agent! That may mean investing in signing agent training! Getting good training will speed up your learning process as a signing agent so you will get results and reach success faster! You then have to spend time EFFECTIVELY marketing and building direct business client relationships!

This process may take some time and it will definitely take consistency and effort on your part! BUT once you've got those relationships you will see that all the work was worth it!
