Why Jesus?
Why Jesus? Life is full of choices. Central Baptist Church Youth Ministry asked members of the congregation to share why they made the ultimate choice; why they chose to follow Jesus. Jesus freely offers salvation to everyone, but the choice is ours to make whether to accept Jesus as our savior or not. Isn't it great that we get to choose Jesus? That He isn't a dictator that forces us to choose Him? If we were forced to love Him, then that wouldn't actually be love at all. Jesus' love is the best love there is, and He still loves everyone whether they choose Him or not. His love is free, unconditional, and everlasting.
Why did you choose to follow Jesus? Share why in the comments below. If you haven't chosen Jesus yet, it's not too late to choose Him. Want to choose Jesus, but don't know how? All you need to do is admit that everyone has sinned and that no one can save themselves from their sins (Romans 3:23; 6:23). Next, believe that Jesus died on the cross for everyone’s sins and that He rose from the dead (John 3:16). Lastly, confess your faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9).
