Guys, there are much more problems I've faced with the showroom people which I didn't share here especially with that rude manager in Chennai showroom.
Everyone in the showroom will just make the most to take money out of you. I don't recommend it at all!

Question (in comment):
Hi bro! I have some doubts! So firstly the 3.67 lakhs price is with the road tax insurance bike registration and other charges, the bike ex-showroom price is what they have put in the bill I guess. The next thing is rusting issue, I own a R15 V2 for the past 5 years and I too live in Chennai and some of my friends have ktm duke 200, 250, 390 and R15 v3 as well. My observation is all the bikes have good amount of rust on the disc on the frame and small joints and nuts and bolts as well. This is a common issue in all the bikes since we live near the seashore. Apart from that the battery issue I'm not aware of it, maybe it might be a genuine problem with G310R, but again the warranty does not cover plastic and rubber (more in comments)

Answer to a comment:
Hi bro,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I want to make it clear that I am not against your statements, I want to make sure that the perspective in which I made the video is justified.

1. The invoice they gave was lesser that than the amount I paid. This is the first vehicle I have ever purchased. So, when I came across this issue, I verified it. I checked with my friends who bought from TVS, Honda, Enfield in the same month. NONE of them faced the issue. Everything was perfect in their bill. Then I checked with the showroom where I did not get any proper response. Then I googled up reg. this issue and found that BMW does this for all their vehicles. I did not have the time, money energy to file a case and fight. Moreover, at that point I got paid the full amount and got the bike, If I had known about this issue earlier, I would not have bought this!! That is why I made this video so that it may help someone.
2. Rusting:
Rusting is common bro. I agree. I have the hero honda bike standing next to the BMW. It’s 10 years old. The BMW bike’s disk alone is having a lot more rust than the whole Hero bike’s rust put together. I would not have felt bad it started rusting after 2 years but it started rusting just after a few months itself which is not acceptable. I in-fact take more care since its costly. All bikes rust, but not so soon as the cheap BMW 310 series bikes.
3. Battery issue is legit and is the most irritating one. It did not start a week ago again (after the video was made). Battery became weak, I guess. I changed the headlight to LED 2 days back so that it consumes less power.
4. Warranty: No bike covers warranty for plastic body, true! The showroom guy told me even electrical is not covered to me (Maybe I am wrong). BUT,
my point is they have reduced the price by a lot than the previous BMW G310R. Which is they have used much more low-quality parts in-order to reduce the cost. I am sure those money-sucking monsters did not compromise on their profit. So, first edition bike itself already has so many problems, adding to that they are using poor quality parts to reduce cost. Then Imagine how much problems the user will face if they buy the bike. Only engine is good man, rest all is shitty products.
Just a hypothesis, even TVS purposely makes the BMW-TVS bikes shitty so that their competitor TVS RR310 is more successful then the G310R.
The fact is, RR310 is better in every way.
5. Service: 10k Kms, seriously?
You just said that the fork seal breaks because of the dusty Indian road conditions. So, what about the other parts? Every part needs to be maintained for 3000 Kms. They will tell 10K kms because they need to keep up their brand name as same as their high-end bikes. Truth is every bike needs to be serviced based on the environmental conditions.
My point is, it is not worth doing it in BMW for 8k-10k Rupees. All they do is change engine oil, clean chain, lube it, check brakes, and wash the bike. It will only cost you 2-3k if done outside in small shops. I did it myself.
As mentioned, bikes are facing more issues just after service with BMW.
6. Fork seal: This is true. Happens to most bikes like KTM due to dust. I just envy TVS RR310 which uses the same engine, same inverted forks and does not create a single problem. The forks are covered and protected by the bike’s body and it did not create any issue. It is a well-engineered bike. Why would I pay 1 lakh more to get BMW when I can get a much better bike for a lot (LOT) less?

I did not know this when I bought the bike 2 years ago. TVS is doing amazing!

Bro, this is not against you. I wanted to make my facts right. No offence. I learned a lot from you. I appreciate the time you have taken to observe. Thank you.
