Adjust Registry Settings:
Open the Registry Editor
search regedit ON START MENU
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
If the RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled DWORD exists: Set its value to 0.
If the RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled DWORD does not exist: Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled and set its value to 0.
Restart your computer after making these changes.
